Priyanka has extensive experience in Intellectual
Property research and analytics. She is among the
pioneers in off-shored IP services in India and
worked in a wide range of technical domains
including Electronics and Telecommunications,
Computer Science, and Biotechnology. In the recent
past, Priyanka has successfully managed numerous
global clients including multiple Fortune 500
clients and 'led' teams of up to 30 individuals.
Prior to IPEngine, she has worked with the
Intellectual Property (IP) division of Evalueserve,
a leading Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)
services organization based in India; and
PatentMetrix, a highly specialized strategic IP
solution provider in the US. Priyanka has a her Post
Graduate Diploma in Management from Management
Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, and Bachelor of
Electronics Engineering from Walchand Institute of
Technology, Maharashtra. |

Steve Vozella - Business Development |

Steve brings to IPEngine a wealth of experience in
building customer-centric organizations. Steve
currently also serves as a business development
executive with Group Chiasma. In his previous role
at Spryance, Steve managed the sales and account
management team driving 25% growth in annual
revenue. His philosophy of 100% 'Client Loyalty' and
integrity is a major factor toward his success. As
General Manager and CIO, Steve achieved major
results at Fidelity Investments, First Data
Corporation, and start-ups in account management,
business development, technology and operations. His
focus has always been communicating with people,
improving processes and effectively utilizing
technology as a means of achieving goals. He has a
BS in Management from Boston College with studies in
the Executive MBA program at Louisiana State
University. |

Dilip Deshmukh - Director Operations |
|
|
|
Dilip brings more than 25 years of diverse operations
management experience with a particular focus on
process development, revenue and profit optimization
and productivity enhancement. He currently also
serves as a business development executive for Group
Chiasma. In earlier tenures, Dilip was VP,
Operations, for Spryance India, a leading health
information management BPO; AVP, Operations, for
Persistent Systems, a leading IT outsourcing vendor;
and held key operations management roles at Xerox
Modicorp, a major multinational that provides office
automation products. Dilip completed post graduate
studies in Materials Management at the University of
Bombay and has a Bachelor of Commerce from
University of Pune. |

Andreas Danckers - Director, IP Services |
|
|
Andreas brings to IPEngine a rich international
experience in corporate and law firm practice as
well as a passion for the strategic development and
management of intellectual property.
As division counsel for Abbott Laboratories, he
managed global patent procurement and risk
assessment for the Neuroscience franchise.
Additionally, he helped their pharma group develop
and implement processes to gather competitive
intelligence, formulate long-term commercial
strategy, steer R&D investment, manage IP
portfolios, and guide tech transfer and
collaborative efforts. His successes span a broad
range of technologies, having an emphasis on the
life sciences (including biotechnology,
pharmaceuticals and diagnostics) but extending also
to the chemical and mechanical arts. Andreas has a
Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Philosophy from
Wabash College, a JD from the John Marshall School
of Law, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School
of Management at Northwestern University.
